Finally had time to stay dedicated to a PE routine for a whole month.
5-14-11 BPEL 5.75,BPEG 4.7

I must say i was a little shocked since my dick had no pump like it usually does
But 48 hours after my last workout i made nice gains even with no pump from the workout.
I have worked from 10min of jelqing(DAY 1) to 45min (DAY 28) im going off feel when it comes to rest.
Ive been doing alot of stretches between my legs while sitting on my dick for 10-20min sets while watching tv
along with jelqing, but when i jelq i have to do less stretching, and i do light-heavy stretching when not doing jelqs
Like i said just going by feel. I have used very limited short ULI'S as well, as well as limited edging, and tons of Kegals.
