  • 25% There!!!

    I just calculated % volume increase and I've increased my penis by 19%. My final goal is 77% increase so I'm basically 25% there!

    My next measurement is this weekend. I'm excited to see what it is.

    The results are in!!

    BPEL - 7"
    BEG - 5 1/4"
    MEG - 5"

    Not sure why I lost 1/8 on MEG but since changing my emphasis from girth to length, I'm pleased with the results.

    Total progress towards my goal is 27% total volume increase which is 35% towards my goal!

            Wow congrats man
            Used to do PE on and off 2 years ago. I was 6.75 NBPEL, Measured a bit ago and was 7. Now keeping track.

            Started serious PE - Start of march 2012 (once again restarted)
            NBEL 7.0
            BPEL 7.25
            EG 5.60


            Measuring start of August -


            Long term goal -
            NBPEL 9.00
            EG 6.50

                briansPP, it's all there. I did a lot while I was deployed so I had all the time and privacy I needed.

                      Confratulations! I think it's about time I measure mine and see how I may improve. I started doing PE for lasting longer in bed and for having better erections, but I'd say that and extra inch or two doesn't hurt

                        Recent measurements are in:

                        BPEL: 6 7/8" (-1/8")
                        BEG: 5 3/8" (+1/8")
                        MEG: 5 1/8" (+1/8")

                        So my workouts have been sporatic and focused on jelqs; no hanging and very little stretching. The absence of penis fatigue has led to an increase in masterbation.

                        I think my girth gains this period are a result of rest but my length suffered because of the lack of stretching, hanging, and increase in jerking-off.

                        This next session I will return to a hanging-centric routine to see how that affects my length.

                          12/10/11 measurements are in:

                          BPEL: 6 7/8" (+-0")
                          BEG: 5 3/8" (+-0")
                          MEG: 5 1/4" (+1/8")

                          So more hanging and increased use of my ADS doesn't seem to have an effect on my erect dimentions. My flaccid is much longer but this has not translated into erect gains.

                          I find it curious that my MEG gained.

                          I think I'll hang in the morning (I'll have to get up earlier to do this), I plan on using heating elements from a Therma Care heat wrap to heat my silicone sleeve for my ADS. I'll have to wear it long enough for a good heated stretch and then remove the heat and let it cool.

                            So my lack of steady work is starting to show. But I don't feel too bad; packing, moving, and staying at the in-laws will definitely impact any PE routine, especially hanging. Just a couple days left. Still hanging at 33% of my goal.

                              So, as stated on my routine log, my sporadic inconsistencies have led to some size losses. My length dropped down to 6 7/8 and my MEG was somewhere between 5 and 5 1/8.

                              Not happy.

                              So after working on my girth-centric routine I've recovered my girth losses and, curiously enough, my length losses [see signature].

                              Pretty happy now.
