Greetings all, today I am a very happy man.
I have just completed Jon Pop's 90 day programme and have my results in hand (pun intended).
I would first, just like to say thank you to all at PE Gym for making this possible.
When researching PE I browsed lots of forums and found this the most informative and friendly place so decided to join.
I didn't want to make a post before I had completed by first 90 days just to make sure for my own confidence, I wasn't embarking on some short term fad and to give the readers here a good personal experience and hopefully bestow some confidence in anyone just starting.
I have had personal issues as to why I'm looking to improve my size but this is a happy day so enough of that
I've completed the full 90 days and here is my progress report. Cue trumpet sound.
Day One: 09/09/2011
BPEL: 15cm / 5.9"
EG: 12.5cm / 4.9"
FL: 10cm / 3.9"
First 30 Days: 09/10/2011
BPEL: 15.5cm / 6.3"
EG: 13cm / 5.3"
FL: 10cm / 3.9"
2nd 30 Days: 09/11/2011
BPEL: 16.5cm / 6.5"
EG: 13.5cm / 5.3"

These figures are 100% accurate. I have no one to fool only myself and I have measured with complete honesty.
I'm amazed at the inch and my partner's moans confirm this...
I checked my EQ before starting and was a good 10'o clock with a strong tug at 12' o clock
For the first month I was tempted to measure everyday but this seemed to lower my confidence as some days, naturally I was smaller. I decided to measure once a month using a wooden rule.
I exercised on a 5 day on 2 day off routine. I warm up before each session with hot water and used an oil based moisturiser as lubricant. I exercise for around 20 minutes per day. I start with stretching, jelps then warm down with stretching.
I do 360 degree bundle stretches every time I visit the toilet starting at 5 each direction and working up throughout the day.
I supplemented my routine and experimented with the following based on the same 5 day on 2 day off: Green Tea, Water, Gingko, Zinc, L-Arginie, L-Lysine, Garlic Caps, Muira Puama, Ginseng. I'm happy to write a full report on my experiences with these supplements at some time.
I have cutout coffee which I feel has helped. I also drink around 8 cups or water per day and green tea which I highly recommend.
Over the past 90 days I have learn't a lot but also understand there is a lot more to learn and my journey does continue.
Here's a list of what I have learn't from my own personal experience over the last 90 days.
1. PE does work
2. Stretching increases my length
3. Jelqing increases my girth
4. Kegels are cool and make you shoot further
5. Some supplements work for me
6. Coke shrinks you penis
7. Don't jelp too hard - you can burst a blood vessel, this scared me
8. Green tea rocks
9. PE combined with supps, water and green tea increase my flaccid length
10. Zinc and L-Lysine increases my load - don't take too much zinc
11. PE gives me morning wood everyday
12. PE improves my sex life and confidence
Since embarking on JP's program my sex life has greatly improved. With my new inch I'm hitting new spots and shooting like a star. I don't want to sound crude but I can actually hear the stuff squirt out with force from my newly primed tool. I thank Dr Kegel for this along with Zinc an L-Lysine. I'm doing at least 100 kegels per day from 1 second up to 10 second sets.
My flaccid length has increased slightly to 11cm or 4.3" On some occassions it does hang around 5" but I'm ignoring this and my average has improved just slightly so I am working on improving this. I have found drinking loads of water and green tea plumps it out nicely and I do think L-Arginine helps a little.
My short term goal is 7" x 5.6". Long term an 8" x 6" would be nice and I'm not stopping till I get it.
So I'll leave you all for know a very happy man. I've got a smile on my face like a cheshire cat and although 6.9" x 5.3" isn't the biggest in the world...for myself and me partner right now, it is just perfect.
