Just measured coming off my week off!
Ive decided to measure using centimeters instead of inches this time because the graduations between measurements are much easier to visualize.
I'm now at 20.4 cm in length and 13.8 cm of girth.
Still following a simple routine but I've increased my warmup to 20 minutes because I'm hitting girth a bit harder.
So it looks like....
20 minutes with rice sock
10 minutes of random stretching in all directions including some side to side streches
10 minutes of jelqing
then I edge for 10 to 30 minutes and I throw 2-3 ulis, 2-3 compression squeezes and 2-3 supra slammers in there. Sometimes I have to cut the session short due to cumming too soon!
Every other day!
My dick has been feeling fatiqued on my rest days but I've had good PI's....
