Many of you know me from my last thread that i started which was very controversial because i did not properly measure my penis. However, after learning the correct way to measure my penis, putting the ruler right above my penis, my size was 7.125 BPEL on 1/6/2012. That was an 1 inch increase in 66 days. Today i measured my penis and i am pleased to report i had remarkable gains. The gains definitively slowed down compared to my second month of PE'ing, but they are still extraordinary.
During my third month of PEing, my gains started to slow down so i ended up increasing the duration of my PE exercises, especially the duration of my jelqs and the way i did my jelqs. As soon as i did that, my gains sky rocketed again.

So i measured at 7.125 BPEL ON 1/6/2012. After approximately 3 weeks of doing extremely intense and long PE exercises, i was ready to measure my penis.
Drum roll please!!! lol. I put the ruler right above my penis and the ruler showed BPEL 7.437 and BPSFL 7.562. WOOOOOT
Thats .312 inches gained. I cant even explain to you how excited i was, but to tell you the truth, i knew i made some amazing gains because my penis looked a lot bigger and it was a lot larger in my hand.
That means i gained 1.312 inches in 3 months.
I am beyond happy with the results that i have achieved so far and i wish to share some words of wisdom.
The information that i am about to share with you is highly controversial and it might vary from person to person, but this worked for me, however, it might not work for you.
As i said in my earlier threads, my gains came from doing very intense exercises that last about hour and a half. I truly believe that the best gains come from pushing your member to its limit (whatever that limit is. For me it might be hour and a half of intense exercises and for you it might be 30 mins. NOTE: It took me a while to work up to hour and a half of intense PE exercises!)
I have noticed that as soon as i lowered the intensity of my exercises and as soon as i started cutting myself short by lowering the duration of my workouts, my gains almost came to a halt.
Many people will say that doing workouts that are too intense will result in an injury. And i agree, but i have had more minor injuries from not warming up my member properly and doing light stretches than when i warm it up properly and yank and pull on it for an hour. However, i am still aware that you can really over train you member, but i made a reward system for myself in order to keep injuries and things like that at bay. If my workouts were not that intense or if the duration was not sufficient, i would do 2 days on and 1 day off regimen. But if my workout was extremely intense and long, i would then do 1 day on 2 days off. So what i did was i alternated between those two different approached(the workout that was not that intense still probably lasted for about an hour.) I was always liberal when it came to taking days off because i had to respect the amount of work my member was enduring. So resting is extremely important.
So my words of wisdom when it comes to PE is that the amount of work you put into your exercises is the amount you are going to get back.
The biggest problem ive been having lately is that i have been masturbating like a mad man. The weird thing is that its not that fact that i am even that horny or anything, its the fact that my penis is so my larger now and i have not had time to adjust to it because it grew so much in such a short period of time. For some reason i have more fun jacking off now because when i look at it im just so proud of all the work that i have put into it and the results that i have achieved that i cant keep my hands off of it lmao.
But at the same time, it has raised my confidence thousand percent. Before, i would be laying down with a girl fooling around and i would always become super nervous when it came to pulling out my penis because and there was times where i would never pull it out because i felt that it was inadequate. But nowww, haha different story. I waste no time lmao, the first thing i do is pull it out and lets just say that i feel like a new man. I actually GET COMPLIMENTS on it now and when i am with a girl, they are constantly either playing with it or caressing it. I never actually had any girls genuinely enjoy and express that they like my penis and i am finally getting it. Just the way they hold on to it now puts a huge smile on my face.... its made me a new man, confidence wise.
