Is that really the deep spot? I've heard that you have to be at least above average in length to be able to hit it, seems odd that the middle finger can easily do so...You would think that that spot would be getting hit all the time during sex since even a below average penis is probably longer than someone's middle finger

It's all about the way you stimulate the spot. For women that have never had a vaginal orgasm before I've found that once you've given her that first V orgasm that it kind of activates that spot so that she can have V orgasms from penetration.
And yes the middle finger can reach you just have to dig in deep.

Will elaborate in a second...
This is very true. An awareness of the spot kind of needs to exist sometimes for it to "activate". Another reason is, the vagina adapts to penis size. Initial tenting allows for A-spot stimulation, but as the vagina tents further during penetration of a penis, the A-spot distances itself. Larger penises can hit it easier because the vagina can only adapt to size so much, but I can guarantee you can hit the A-spot with a 7 incher in most women when in the right position, it is just not as easy as a 7.5-8 incher has it.
The cul-de-sac requires a larger penis, and was the original spot Bahama hit.

When it comes to the subject of orgasm, this is where most of my personal studies lie. I have done vast research into visualization and its importance in the propagation of orgasms. Another aspect is how to trigger emotional response with the proper visual context, and then there is also breathing and pelvic floor muscle activity. The last one, pelvic floor muscles, have been a unique interest of mine much more recently.
I enjoyed the article, and it does a good job summarizing the importance of these things. Thanks for the wicked post, imac!
I have been considering making a thread for sexual visualization training since my initial blog on orgasmic anatomy went up. I will probably do light editing before blogging the first post and starting my little "hub of information" from scratch."If you want a log you need to keep a log." - Tinkerbell

that sexual visualization thread would be much appreciated. ive only been recently using auditory stimulation as a means of building arousal in my crazy method of building orgasms . in a visual context i could not think of anything other than porn for the women to watch, but women seldom have their "ideal porn" that really hikes up their arousal and even then its hard to even watch the screen when getting pummeled in that fashion. it didnt seem worth it to try. having this as a tool would really help me out.
