  • Another 0.25 inch in around two months

    Gained another 0.25 inch in last two months or so. Going good. I started in Oct 2011, I will be reaching one full year in few more months.

    Things I learned -
    Don't rush. It takes time to grow it.
    Keep it consistent.
    Don't over do it.
    First few months, for me 6 months were pure conditioning without much gains.
    But now I am in a phase of growing faster.
    Taking a small break works, I work out couple of months consistently and then a break of few weeks helps this guy to relax and grow.

    Thing I have to worry about is - Girth. My girth is just not enough.

    Soon in a year or two will hit my 7 inch goal on this rate.

    Sounds like you've got a good attitude, and it's great that you stuck with it and are now benefiting. Good work

        Short Term Goal:
        BPEL: 7"
        MSEG: 5.3"

        Long Term Goal:
        BPEL: 8"
        MSEG: 5.8"

            Warm up with a warm water cloth.
            10 to 20 mins of slow stretching out from the very bottom to top, slow OK grip double handed jelqing. I use baby oil for moderate lubrication. I don't keep count of jquing, rather tracking minutes.
            Right after this good conditioning, I use bathmate for 10 to 15 mins.

            Do this for 2 or 3 months and then a break for a week or two.

              Congrats on the length gains!

              For girth, I would go buy a cable clamp from wal-mart. I started clamping and I gained 1/4" of girth in a month. I do my normal routine, then I do 10 minutes of light clamping while edging the whole time. I used to pump, but after clamping, it just feels like a waste of time.

              Edit: I just remembered it was actually a month and a week to get those gains. I also didn't get to clamping till that last week. Sorry my memory fails me occasionally.

                Very insipring. You know, I have almost the same starting stats as you do, and I was getting kind of worried because I'haven't seen many results in 3 months. I won't give up. You inspired me

                  Wonderful to hear, unfortunately many beginners in your position would have given up long ago. "6 months and no gains yet?! Bleh, knew it was a damn scam from da beginning!" (<-------------- heard that way too often before). Sounds like you're reaping the fruits of your labor, keep it up man!
