    Been Pe'ing For a Month.. and honestly.. Im astonished by the results... Its unbelievable!

    Starting off BPEL 5.50' EG 4.5

    Week 1 BPEL 5.75'
    Week 2 BPEL 6.00'
    Week 3 BPEL 6.25' EG 4.75
    Week 4 BPEL 6.35' (I started Introducing Edging this week... and it feels like its a bit over trained... so i might just stop edging altogether)

    I gained little over .75 in just a months time! WTF!! THAT'S CRAZY!

    10 min warm up
    6 min Stretch
    10 min jelq
    50 kegel(6 second reps)
    50 reverse kegel (6 second reps)
    NO MASTURBATION/Ejaculation

    Been bodybuilding religiously for the past 3-4 months (Lost 30-40 pounds of fat give or take because of muscle gains)

    Diet is perfect (I weigh everything to the exact amount I need and eat ONLY whole foods No salt no Additives at all!! And drink about a gallon of water every day)never ever drink alchohol! Last time i drank was at my cousins wedding 6 months ago! DRINKING is worst than Weed!! WAYYY too unhealthy.. But i live the college life by smoking weed (Legal in california) Weed doesnt have the empty calories, the dehydration side effects or liver damaging effects Alcohol has, I used to smoke Cigarettes.. but i decided to quit, so i have been just smoking The E cigarette lately

    Supplementation (daily)
    -Multi vitamin
    -Fish oil. about 2000 MG of OMEGA 3 (a lot of companies trick you by saying they have 1400mg of oil or so... but you want to pay attention to the Omega 3 content not How much oil)
    -B complex 50
    -Calcium 2000 MG along with 1000 ui Vitamin D (They usually include Vitamin d in the Calcium Tablet)
    -Muscle Pharm Assault (l-arginine)
    -Vitamin C 3000 MG

    Workout Plan is Routine and I switch up every 3 weeks, to Blast through Plateaus

    MEDITATE Religiously

    Stress Can really ruin your gains in bodybuilding! So I learned How to Meditate and control the way my mind thinks.. Meditating relieves stress insanely Especially coming out of a relationship!! Meditation is a must!! It also helps you with your working out, motivation, your mood, confidence! I HIGHLY recommend Meditating!!!
    Its developed a goofy Stereo Type, but IT is SOO underrated!!

    Congrats on your gains! If you feel edging at this point is over training you, don't do it till a later date. I'm also a beginner and added edging during my second week. To say the least, I suffered a numb penis and still do when I edge. So I'm thinking edging is the cause. Maybe I'm not conditioned enough for it yet.

    It's better to under-train than to over-train and have to recover.

    Yeah i Know what you Mean! Edging seems a bit too much at times Especially for beginner status.. There are a bunch of mixed advise on it too.. some say do it slow, some say its masturbating.. I like ur idea of "it's better to under-train than to over-train and have to recover."

    Congratulations on your gains! Obviously your routine is working for you and getting in shape is never going to hurt that. I think the combination is what's giving you the results, I am sure your fat pad reduced some with that much weight loss. Keep up the good work.
