  • Two's Progression thread. (FIRST MONTH DONE)

    Hello everyone. I wanted to start a progression thread to keep track of how I'm doing each month (or couple months if I miss a month of measuring or something). I started doing PE seriously January 1st wanting to turn a new leaf. Before that I had messed around with PE but never took it seriously. There are a lot of things I noticed while doing PE and I've enjoyed the process along the way. I found out measuring my friend while keeping a 100% can be somewhat difficult, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. So... here it goes.

    -Month 1-

    I read a lot on the PE forums before starting, and wanted to make sure this was something I was going to commit to before signing up. I figured January 1st was a good starting day. On January 1st I measured (the best I could, didn't want to overestimate a size and lie to myself) and measured my length at 7 inches BP. One of my main focuses is my Base EG which measured no smaller than 5.0 while my Mid EG was just under 5.5. All of our friends come in different shapes and sizes, mine just ended up having a low EG on my base and a bigger EG around the mid and top (I guess we consider this a "Baseball bat" penis... Lol). I decided to go with the JP90 since that was most recommended, along with some other low intensity exercises I decided to throw in.

    As I stated before I have read a lot on the forums, and spent my time lurking around. I also decided to quit porn also, and slow down the masturbation which I was doing once a day and rarely twice a day. The porn was once a day at night before I went to bed, which I later found out wasn't that often comparing to some other people. But none the less I decided to get rid of it since I wanted to start a healthier life style with my penis. I'm not going to lie, I did fail and watched porn once but in all honesty I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would which instantly turned me off to porn. I have to admit it IS harder (lol) getting my friend at 100% without porn, but in the end I think it's worth it. It takes me a while to get the blood pumping up into my penis when I'm starting to PE, and I do a lot of Kegels but I'm not worried about it. And when I say a while, I guess I'm comparing this to when I have sex or when I watch porn.

    Enough about porn. So it's been 1 month and I decided not to measure until it's been 1 month, I figured it's a waste of time whipping out the measuring tape every time I want to see how big I am. Because in all honesty I think my length and girth fluctuate a little bit, so it's a waste of time. Anyways, there are a couple of things I noticed right away with my eyes about my penis. I never really cared about increasing my flaccid penis size because I thought it was OK but I decided to do some LAS (Lazy ass stretches, look them up if you don't know what I'm talking about) and they have done me a world of good. I measured my Flaccid BP Length and I am sitting at 5.5 inches which is amazing. I didn't measure before but if I was to guess, I would say I was sitting at 3 or maybe 4 inches most of the time. And when I say flaccid I mean, I haven't messed around with my dick for a while and I just got home from school or something. Completely flaccid, I just look massive and I'm loving it. The main thing I learned is to STOP when it hurts, and I'm talking about almost anything in PE. Like I read before... Pain = no gain.

    The other thing I noticed was the base of my penis LOOKED bigger and I noticed some gnarly awesome looking veins on either side of the base of my penis which made it look even bigger than before. When I measured today (I measured multiple times to make sure my measurements were correct, but it’s STILL darn hard to measure and keep 100%) at about 5.33 (or 5 /8) and it’s not as much of a gain than it looked like, but I’m still super happy with it. When I measured my length, I was over 7 inches but just by a little so I gained there also. I gained about an eighth in length also, which I’m happy about. I measured the largest part of my penis for girth and didn’t see much of an increase, which doesn’t bother me one bit. About 3 or 4 inches above the base of my penis is still 5 inches which I want to grow eventually. I wasn’t expecting any gains within my first month of doing PE, and I’ve gained more than I expected and very happy with everything. My EQ has also gotten better, and I’ve been keggeling like a machine, although sometimes it can be irritable doing it so much.

    I hope I covered everything I wanted to cover. If not, it’s no big deal.

    For those of you who don’t want to read my massive wall of text, which I apologize for, here’s a brief summary.

    -Summary-
    -Quit porn, it sucks
    -Started out around 7’ BPEL and just under 5.5’ MEG with a base around 5’ (which I want bigger obv)
    -After 1 month I am about an eighth larger in BPEL and my BEG also grew an eighth
    -Did a lot of Kegels, and still doing them
    -Did LAS a couple times and saw remarkable gains in my flaccid penis

    Overall I am happy with the gains I wasn’t expecting to get and I’m happy with my friend. I hope this helps others and I’ll talk to you guys in another month or Two!
