  • 1 month of PE!

    Well I just hit my 1 month mark of PE, and I must say that I have gained 3/4" in BPEL and a 1/4" in EG, and a ton of knowledge!

    Big ups to PEgym, and everybody that has provided me with knowledge and motivation along the way!

    My PE journey is just beginning!

    WOW!! Those are some serious gains! Congrats!!
    (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
    (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
    Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
    Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

        Yes Bobby, I'm serious. I still think my wooden ruler lies to me lol I use JP's 90 day beginner routine modified per my PI's. I also edge/balloon, to practice DO and get my way into MMO!

          Sometimes things just line up (right exercises, right intensity, right duration, right amount of rest, right amount of nutrition, etc) and the gains come quickly. In some cases it takes longer to make gains. Every man is different.
          (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG

            awesome gains man, keep up the good work! i'd expect things to slow down over this next month- but if you can get another .25" over the next two months you'll be in the 1" in 90 days club!

              Thanks Don. As for things slowing down, I am not expecting it. Seems we usually if not always get what we expect. Mindset... but I shall see lol Cheers!

                    WOOOHOOO those are serious results pretty close to what i got in about a year! I need whatever diet you're on and sleep regiment and supplements and....just kidding.

                      hey guy, 5 days on 2 days off. My 3rd week I rested completely from stretches and jelqs because I injured my unit at the end of my 2nd week. My EQ when I started I was an 8/10 and now it's a 10/10. I guess some of my gains did in fact come from that, but I can't imagine all of them coming from it.

                      yo jrems lol to be honest with you my diet sucks, I sleep 7-8 hours a night and I don't take any supplements. Not even vitamins. Maybe I should better my diet and start taking vitamins..... I wonder if it'll in fact get me to my goal quicker lol

                        Holy smokes your closing in on 8"! Don't forget to take some beginner/progress pics. I wish I took a picture on the ruler before I ever started, but it's never too late

                            Yeah JF I find it hard to believe myself, I mean, 8 inches? lol I've got pics laying around somewhere, they're just not "measured" pics. But I'm sure once I reach my goal there will be a difference between the pics. I mean, 2 extra inches in length with an extra half inch+ in girth should be noticeable. Once I reach my goal I will be uploading pics.
