I started PE on 1/21/13 with the goal of improving my EQ. I didn't have ED or anything, just wanted the high school erections back. My measurements were 6.75" x 5.75" and I didn't know whether to believe size gains would be real and almost didn't measure because of that. Boy I'm glad I did because now not only is my EQ is WAY up from where it was but I've gained 3/4" x 1/4" (now measuring 7.5" x 6") in the first month. I'm not doing crazy advanced exercises or using devices or spending hours a day either. I'm pretty much just doing JP90 for about 45 mins to an hour a day total so that proves to me that less is more and you can't beat the basics.
I can't thank the members of this forum and especially JonPop (for his routine) enough. To the sceptics I say stick with it because size gains can be had and K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid) with proven beginner exercises...and LISTEN to the experienced guys. Chances are they actually know what they're talking about
