To everyone who is skeptical -- I completely understand. I was SO skeptical coming to this website. After all, it was just a strange forum with a bunch of strange people claiming to have grown their dicks by multiple inches. Seemed Waaaay too good to be true.
But I said hey, what's the harm in doing the beginner routine, take it slow, and see what happens?
I'm just about 2 months in to the JP90 routine. I am actually not doing the entire routine, it was too hardcore for me. I'm TERRIFIED of injuring myself.
It's also important to note that I have stopped watching Porn (except a few times).
ROUTINE:
Honestly, I just do a 5-20min PE session whenever I get the chance. I try to work on a Daily schedule like this:
Day 1: Girth session
Day 2: Stretch session
Day 3: Girth session
Day 4: Stretch session
Day 5: BREAK (and possibly a 2nd day of break depending on how my penis feels, but usually I go back to a Girth session)
During Girth sessions, I will do 10-20 mins of "OK" Jelqs, V-Jelqs, and a type of Jelq I invented with my fingertips. Sometimes I do them with a lot of pressure and feel like I should stop after 5 mins. Sometimes I do them very soft and do them for 20 mins.
During Length sessions, I try not to pull very hard at all. I go left and right between my legs, up and down, and then straight out, straight up, and straight down holds for 15-30 seconds. Then I do some Between-The-Cheeks (BTC) holds for 2-3 minutes at a very light pressure. Overall stretching time is only 5-15 mins. When I stretch, I am very conscious about injury, so I always err on the side of caution.
RESULTS:
PROs:
1) My erections are ROCK HARD now! I can't ever remember having erections this hard in my life (I'm 31 years old)
2) My flaccid hang is 0.8" longer than it used to be.
3) I have gained about 0.7" in Bone Pressed Erect Length (BPEL), and 0.25" in Erect Girth (EG) in just under 2 months
CONs:
1) I am circumcised, but my foreskin has stretched, a LOT, and if I am "turtling" while flaccid, or if I am cold, then it can look as if I'm not circumcised. I have mixed feelings about this.
2) I am developing a turkey neck, which I don't like at all =/ (I forgot to mention that I will use my bathmate 2-3 times per week for 5-15 mins per session, but I always grab my ballsac and hold it back from pulling inside the bathmate, to prevent further turkey neck)
Anyways, without further adieu, here is PROOF!
EDIT: Just to be completely clear, I recently switched to the wooden ruler because my plastic one was so thin and it HURT!
