Greetings fellow PEers, as of right now its May 4 and it almost boggles my mind how fast time flies. Just a month and a half ago I first discovered this very website and my mind was blown. Who's wouldnt when you find out you can actually grow your penis!
I lurked around and finally joined towards the end of March and began sifting through the information.
The beginning was quite overwhelming at first, its crazy how the world thinks its impossible to grow your member when in actuality theres like a millions proven ways. Its truely on par with traditional bodybuilding. I first checked out the JP 90 day thingy but wasnt to down with it. Then I read about Bib and hanging and about extenders (real ones not the fake crap) and lastly about Big Al and Male Enhancement Coach.
I was pretty sold on hanging but was warned about being completely new to it. So I did research on Maleenhancement coach and paid 98.50 for a year of "personal training" with Big Al. One of the first things I noticed was that Big Al responds very quickly, hes also been doing this so long that his answer almost seem automatic. While I thought me and him would have some sort of interview and he would make me a routine it was not the case. When you sign up you fill out a form with your measurements and theres a preset beginner workout. Being new to PE it almost seemed a bit unreal because the routine is sort short and simple your almost like is this it?? Out of respect to his business I wont spill out the routine but its basically warming up, a girth routine, length routine, stamina work and warm down. Big Al's routines are way less then other routines posted here on PEGYM, and its about the clearest case of "keep it simple stupid" as there is. The girth and length routine take a few minutes time with the stamina work varying per individual. I started April 9th and measured 6in bone pressed and 4 inch girth. After two weeks i gained a quarter inch in girth and another qr in in length after the third week. The crazy thing is that while those measurements were after three weeks, I barely did any PE the second week because it was my birthday/420 week that week and I still made solid newbie gains. I also could be bigger. I measure with tape on top of the penis. I have a curve on my penis and when I measure from the side along the curve im much bigger. It really doesnt matter to me though because as long as I measure the same way I can keep track regardless.
I would love to say i had Michael Jordan dedication but the fact is I was a bit lazy and procrasinated. I doubted if things were working and doubted for a quick sec if MeCoach was working. I keep telling myself "you bitched and bitched your whole life saying if you can grow your dick you would and now that you can you being doubtful" so I just stuck with it. I noticed my unit felt fatter and looked longer and I infact got those quarter in gains in three weeks. So for anyone lurking, the system works. Also I cant speak enough about how simple Big Al and mecoach make things. They have damn near every routine on there site along with videos which makes life much easier. With these gains alone I satisfied with MeCoach and it hasnt even been a month, IM SIGNED UP FOR A YEAR! Big shout outs to Big Al.
My current dilemma is this: Mecoach has obviously put me in the right direction and after the beginner routines there a plethora of advanced routines to work with. I still however am curious about devices, an extender is pretty ideal because I work in a kitchen so I can keep it on under my chefs pants and extend for 8hrs a day and more if I wanted to. I can also afford it although it is real expensive. I also am really interested in hanging. Its way cheaper then the extender but id be only able to use it real late at night due to roommates. Even then id still able to get plenty of hang time, although the whole wrapping adjustment process is turning me off a bit although I know its just me being a lazy ass.
Regardless of which path I chose I fully plan on supporting Mecoach and Big Al, after my year is up I plan on resigning even if I dont need to because A, the info on the site is truely valuable and I can always keep learning and B, I just wanna keep supporting the cause. It should go without saying how much more confident even with just a qr of an inch increase.
Quick question, any hangers or extenders here know if either can help fix a curve, Mecoach shows you manual ways to fix a curve as well i just wanna know if a device works as well.

Man just leave the devices alone,save yourself money and continue to follow bigal and you use hands. Devices are just more convient and save your time. But your hands helpyou to learn more about your penis and how it feels when it is responding to excercises. It is more threpautic to use your hands than to use devices in my opinon. After you have maxed out what can you do with your hands, then you can use devices.

I agree, I plan to max out my manual gains before I even consider buying or devising devices.

As I stated I been going back and forth on this one for a while. I'm doing good on the MeCoach routines (thanks Big Al!), just have the itch to use a device. Was thinking about hanging but I do live with roomates and while I get privacy you must pass my room to get to the kitchen so there is a chance of being walked in on. I've gained a qr inch in length and girth so im doing pretty good, I messaged Big Al to see if mecoach and extenders can co exist safely. Thanks for the advice fellas what routines are you guys using?
