So, the good news is, that i have gained. I will not cement my gains before i have doing pe for a month. But today only 2 weeks of pe i have gained about 0.25 cm in length and the same in girth. This is even when i feel my erection is Down. therefore i have this question: my pI´s seems negative (my penis feels tired. I have a hard time getting an erecton, and i am sore) i only got my erecton after a while, and i saw the gains. shall i take an off day today or just keep going, even though my PI are negative. here are my log https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...0-routine.html

Overtraining will slow your gains. From a quick read I'd say your intensity is probably a little high, time spent exercising doesn't seem too much but maybe lighten your grip a little. You should listen to your oenis though, PIs are important but there's an X factor that you can feel with no indicators. Maybe switching to a different frequency like two days on one off might work better for you. The first three months are about finding what works best for you, JP90 is only to provide guidelines, tweak it to what works for you.Start 12MAR'13
