I found this site and cruised around the forums a lot then finally started my routine. I skipped the JP 90 routine because I was doing my own sort of pe (with little success) for about a year so I figured my member was conditioned enough for intermediate exercises. This was my routine when I started
30 min of stretching but only 15 min of actual stretch time this is why.
1 min stretches with one minute breaks in between
20 min of jelqing
I did this routine for almost 4 months before my gains started to slow then I finally figured out the best exercise on here. Supra slammers when done correctly give crazy gains in girth and length but I digress. My current routine is.
40 min stretching with the one minute on one minute off method, I do regular stretches with my left hand for a minute followed by my right for a minute, then bundled stretch with my left then with my right until the 40 min is up.
For girth I start with 30 min of jelqing but if I get too hard I do a supra slammer so durring the 30 min session I do roughly 10+ supras. Following that I do three sets of clamping from 10-15 min each judging by how my member is during each one.
Oh and I'm 2 days on 1 off and sometimes just don't do it on the weekend for some extra off time

All in all I think it's coming along nicely and the gf is on board as well, and again most and almost all my girth gains were from supra slammers and clamping. Good luck to everyone
