    I am getting depressed. I hate when I try my best to accomplish something, and it fails.

    I have been PE'ing for nearly two years now. I did jelqing, JP 90, hanging and recently bought an extender. I'm at nearly 500 hours with my extender and had no results so far.

    I am getting desperate. What am I doing wrong? I am starting to believe PE is just one big scam.

    Very interesting. You've certainly dedicated a large amount of time to this.

    Is your routine constant? 5 days on and 2 off, let's say? No random breaks in between? How long are your daily workouts?

    What indicators, if any, did you see? Did you ever see any red dots on your glans?

    For manual PE, it was 5 days on 2 days off.

    For hanging, I tried everything! I hung for 2 months non stop, but I also had periods where I "only" hung for 5 days. I tried to experiment as much as I coud.

    I took one period of 10 days where I didn't PE. Other than that, I always did what I was supposed to do.

    The only three indicators (only one was positive) I saw were extra foreskin, turkey neck and a vein on my penis.

    I feel ya man. I'm at one year and still haven't seen any gains. Pretty frustrating. Anyone out there that went for this long and then suddenly had success?

    I would suggest returning to your PE roots and doing a simple jelqing routine. REALLY push yourself for an hour or so or at least until you see a red dot or two on your glans. You might just be one of those guys that really has to push his unit to the limit to see gains.

    Try things like Ulis and supraslammers as they're higher intensity than the standard jelqs.

    I hate manual PE. There is nothing more frustrating than spending your full attention to your penis for an hour every day and still getting no results out of it...

    What kind of diet do you have? Your lifestyle is it stressful? These things might be having a negative effect on your progress. Do you have time to focus on your routine? PE is mental also. You got to want it son! Your willy should be conditioned by now. Have you tried the advanced hands free jelg. If not look it up on here it helped me a lot. It got me through the plateau.     Probably not what you want to hear but I honestly believe some penises are incapable of growth with PE. I'm in the same boat. I did PE for over 2.5 years with very minimal gains. I hung it up about 3 months ago. It just got too frustrating devoting so much time and never getting anything for it. I was a slave to PE for nothing. All I do now is occassional extending and jelqing.

    You're not the first one I've seen here with little gains. I would imagine that it would be very frustrating. I've read many times that the number of "layers" which make up the tunica varies from man to man- perhaps this could be a contributing factor in your case.

    I think it's also important to realize that the majority of gains come from EQ, followed by gains caused by lengthening of the suspensory ligament. Only a small percentage of gains appear to come from direct deformation of the tunica, as this obviously takes a lot of time.

    If you started with great EQ and naturally long and lose ligaments, then chances are your gains will be very slow due to having to jump straight into trying to deform the tunica. I believe this is what makes most of the difference between hard gainers and "normal" gainers
