6 nbpel to 8 nbpel starting mud april using following routine.early 20s circumsized male.
1.10-15 min HOT rice sock warm up.
2.stretching: 1.5 minutes each left,right,straight,under left cheek,under right cheek,with 15 circular stretches to the left and 15 to the right after each stretch.helicopter twirls in between stretches.
3.jelq:200 wet jelqs(150 sometimes)(3-5 sec reps) at low-mid erection level
4.ballooning:30 min ballooning/edging sessions every other day independent of routine,with release. Released basically every day,often more than once,during the past 2 months,either due to sex or madturbation(libido extremely high since start pe).
Supps taken:fish oil,l Arginine
Note that girth has stayed 5.25 midshaft,with only base increasing. Plan on starting girth-intensive routine when my length gains stall. Hope this helps someone/the cause!
