    Congrats on your success! Yes, you should be taking some time off just like when you do regular exercise. Time for your body to do internal repairs at the cellular level. You don't want to over train. Keep up the good, sounds like you have some newbie gains so do not be discouraged if you don't get as much going forward in the short term. Remember PE approach is more like a marathon / Keep up the good work.

      Welcome to the Gym SAL,
      Congrats on the gains. You've done very well for 6 weeks of work. Like my wife said, rest days are very important. I found that out by accident myself and have been taking extra time ever since. Keep up the good work and keep us posted.

          Rest days, 2 or 3, works great for me. You may get by with fewer, or may need more. Experiment !

            2 days on and 1 off is an excellent routine for beginners. As far as i understand conditioning the penis is much more important in the beginning so that you remain injury free later on. Keep it up and do take rest days depending on the PIs.
            Started PE in January 2013 on JP90
            NBPEL=4.9 BPEL=5.6 EG=4.6

            Stats July 2013
            NBPEL=5.6 BPEL=6.5 BEG=5.2

            Break for 8 months due to work

            Stats Sep 2014
            NBPEL=6 BPEL=6.7 BEG=5.2

              The gains you have seen are EQ gains. Still, you have a fantastic size now and "real gains" or not your dick is bigger. lol

                yeah a big contributor to those gains is increased EQ but regardless that is a bigger penis than before congratz brother!

I started back around the same time as you and have been grinding hard and only just broke 7 inches bpel from 6.7 bpel, of.course keep in mind i have perfect eq and have done pe in the past so no newbie gains for me!                     Make sure your measurements are consistent. Not saying they aren't but a lot of newbies make measurement mistakes because they are so excited that their penis is growing again.
