    Bpel 7 5/8" + 3/8"
    Meg 5" + 1/8"
    Beg 5 3/8. + 2/8"

    I've been hitting these numbers consistently for a week now. Im on my 7th week of PE and if these gains continue ill hit my length goal by my first three months. I'm hoping that by my three month mark ill be conditioned enough to do the JP90 program. I've been jelqing around the 70-80% erection level to get those girth gains. I have a log for reference to newbies or any vets that want to offer advice.

    First, congratulations!

    Second, your routine is actually very similar to the JP90, just modified to fit your personal needs and bodies response. You are experiencing the most positive PI - gains. Don't feel the need to change anything if what you are doing is working for you already. Only when you stop seeing results should you look at changing things up.

    You're doing great, just keep on doing what you're doing. It's obviously working well.

      Great gains my friend! Keep up the good work. I think you are already conditioned enough for the JP 90. After 2 months I am so close to my goals I'm thinking of changing them. I can't believe how normal this has become for me while 2 months ago I had no idea this could be done and wouldn't believe it if I hadn't tried it out myself.

      Edit: I do recommend you add advanced girth exercises into the mix. My first month I gained no girth but by incorporating squeezes and flaccid bends I gained 0.4" in one month.

        Thank you guys for the support and encouragement I wasn't doing v jelqs my first three weeks. I started at thunders and they were never mentioned. So I'm hoping to get girth gains from those over the next month or two. I'm going to to continue my same routine till the three month mark. I tried the full jp workout last week and it was to much still. I'll take it slow and slow and easy for now. I read so many times to wait o n advanced exercises till the 4-6 month mark that its imbedded into my brain. I'm in this for the long haul so I can wait till then.

        PS- everyone one this site and the forum itself is amazing. None of this would be possible without you. I can't wait till I'm a veteran with a big ol cock, so I can help and motivate newbies like myself.
