    I am doing research and need your help! What did you notice about your penis before you started gaining as a beginner? I will go first but please add anything you noticed before you gained.

        Flaccid hang
        PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

            I'm still doing JP90 I have been noticing flaccid hang and more veins, also more morning + random wood.

              I noticed I hated being tall with long finger too. This is the God's honest truth. You can figure the rest.

                BPFSL! It always increases a few weeks before I see it in erect gains.

                  I'm a month into PE. The first thing I noticed within a couple days of starting was my veins are constantly visible even when flaccid. The next thing was an increase in flaccid hang. After that, EQ improved. My BPFSL has increased almost .5 inches. And I'm now seeing gains in BPEL.
                  Beginning stats: BPFSL 7 5/8" BPEL 7.25" EG 5.5"
                  Current: BPFSL 8 5/8" BPEL 8" EG 5.5"

                    Larger flaccid at first, in fact I was slightly worried about it initially as it was so sudden I thought I might have caused internal damage ha ha.
                    Erection quality and also erection speed!
                    The larger veins happened at the same time as my first gain.
                    I didn't measure BPFSL from the start but I now know that when it goes over ~0.25" I will gain soon.

                      I noticed all of the above but at first I thought my thighs were shrinking.
                      Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

                        1) I got some penis vascularity. Not too prominent though.

                        2) Definitely larger flaccid hang. Flaccid hang seems to be the first indicator that you did your workout right and that gains are coming in the future.

                        3) My EQ was already rock hard. I did PE for BPEL and Girth gains. My EQ was already strong and 100%.

                        4) An increase in BPFSL. For me my BPFSL increase always precedes my BPEL increase.

                        5) I was always horny. Spent 8 years in Bangkok banging Thai women and a few outsiders (Russian, Laotian/Thai, Thai, Burmese, South Korean, Indian, Bhutanese and Taiwanese.)

                        6) Refractory period was not affected. I have a slow refractory period.

                        7) Definite soreness. However, i do not think that soreness is an indicator that you did a good workout.

                        8) Morning wood was the same (Maybe some improvement).
