  • Don't give up, and you will be rewarded!

I've been doing PE for about 5 months, and I didn't see any gains in the first 3 months or so. I almost wanted to give up, because I thought PE just wasn't for me...
However, the success stories here were what kept me motivated to continue my PE training. SO, I didn't stop, instead, I started to examine how well I was performing each exercise. As the result, I have gained about 1 cm (approximately .4 inch) in BPEL, and .5 cm in EG (approximately .2 inch) in the past month.
I know they are not big gains, but I'm really excited and happy about having my first gains! I'm hoping to get 2 cm in both BPEL and EG before summer comes, and if I do get the gains, I'll be here to share the story again.
Hope you will like my little success story, and I'm looking forward to posting more of them here soon.
