  • Small gain I'll take it.

    Yeah it's been a while since I seen any gain but after a 2 week break I measured several times and now I'm at 7 3/4 BPEL I've gain barely 1/8 I believe most of the gain was due to me losing 12lbs of fat and a better EQ I'm back at the gym and I'm staying at it. So now after completing Big ALs jelq free I think I'm going to start with my girth routine and give my Length routine a break. I've been off and on since 2013 working on length so I'm going to start back with my pumping routine.
    Gonna make it WIDER (Thats an attention getter!)

          Well technically your your losing some of your fat pad so you show a small amount of gain, but I really don't like taking a gain like that it's kinda like playing pool and you win cuz the other player scratched it sux but you'll take the win.

                It's still better than nothing.Keep yourself motivated to continue P.E.You may begin to see better results.

                    Thedorkykid, I'm doing a 1on1 off routine and I just started back on this. Nothing major just starting out pumping @ 3hg after 5 mins I'll pull out jelq for a few seconds and pump again up to 4 hg and repeat until 5hg then ill pulsate meaning I keep spiking it up to 6 hg but only for 5 seconds then back down to 4hg and I'll do this for 10-15 mins. But remember you need to be conditioned for this so be careful.

                      I know you've been at it for quite some time - it's always nice to see continued improvement past the initial "newbie gain" stage.

                        Better than most really in actual gains. 1/2 in length within a few years is nothing to scoff at when that are gained over time because indirect cementing happens the longer it takes to gain. We who have thicker tunicas and ligaments take longer but we get the cementing with it. It pays off well.

                            That's not how BPEL works. BPEL is always measured to the bone, so it is irrespective of fat pad. Fat pad changes NBPEL.

                              "skin thickness" are very affected by bodyfat%. It has to affect how close the ruler gets to the bone.
