    hey guys, i started PE about a month ago (25.8). i always said to myself that after one month i'll post a thread like this. not to show off my gains, but because i remember myself searching for "1\2\3 month in threads" as a beginner. so hopefully this thread could actually give some motivation for people who stand in the position i was 1 month ago.

    my routine:
    • 10 minutes warm up
    • 15 minutes stretching
    • 30-45 minutes jelq (200-250 wet jelq, 100-150 v-jelq); Note: i started with 150 wet jelq and 90 v-jelq and slowly went up)
    • edging
    • 10 minutes warm down

    gains:

    BPEL - before PE: 6.3(16 cm); Now: 6.8 (17.3cm)
    NBPEL - before PE: 5.5(14cm); Now: 6.0 (15.2)
    EG - before PE: 4.9(12.5cm); Now: 5.3(13.5cm)

    i do realize that those gains come from improved EQ. but gains are gains, right?
    before PE i used to get morning woods maybe once a month, now i get them every morning, which is a good thing i guess .

    anyway, i have another 2 months to go. hopefully i could get to 7-7.5 BPEL until the end of my JP90 routine. are those goals even realistic or should i lower my expectations?

    Starting Stats - September 2014 : 6.2in BPEL, 4.7in MEG.
    Current Stats - November 2014 : 7in BPEL, 5.5in MEG.
    Short term goal : 7.5in BPEL, 5.5 MEG.

    Hey Alex, congratulations!

    That looks like a solid routine you have going, and it's obviously working. Improved EQ and morning wood are definitely good signs!

    And yes, gains are gains. It's having a positive effect, and that is progress.

    I always think expecting nothing during the conditioning stage is best. You may or may not gain. And if you do, there is no telling how much, because everyone is different. But learning the essentials for success is a great gain all by itself, and if you do happen to have growth in the process...bonus!

        Alex looks like newbie gains, never the less they are gains and you will find that you will plateau, don't be disappointed it happens, I found that by changing your workout every few months helps, so try different things you see here on the forum,,,all the best.

            I gained real fast in the beginning but things slowed right down after the first 6 weeks or so.

            You never know. The best part was the boost in my EQ, very noticeable in the first month.
            7 1/4 inches x 5 1/4 inches Spring 2014
            8 X 5 1/2 late summer 2014
            8 X 5 3/4 Feb. 2015 That took a while.
            8 X 6 goal
            8 X 5 7/8 May 2015, wife said stop for now.

                Hopefully you reach your goals. But don't be disappointed if the gains slow down. If you want continued gains you have to PE for years. You may have to PE longer to reach BPEL of 7.5". Even if you do reach your targeted goals in the next two months or longer you will still have to do an additional 1 year of PE to cement those gains. Sorry to disappoint you bro I don't want to sugarcoat anything.

                  Nice routine.
                  Mine is exactly that right now. I increase every month 50 wet jelqs and 25 v jelqs.
                  How do you increase????

                  Gains ive made so far i dont know, but every time i jelq its a "HOLY SHIT" moment haha.
                  I used to measure alot at the start now its just like going to the gym. I dont measure my arms everyday. Just gotta believe stuff is growing lol.

                    Very nice gains and I have had very similar with a similar routine. I am really starting to know my body and what is too much and think that as I continue I can listen to my body and follow suit. I hope that you can do the same
                    Starting BPEL 5.75 MEG 4.25

                    2 weeks later PBEL 6.00 meg 4.25

                    4 weeks total PBEL 6.00" meg 4.5

                    6 weeks total PBEL 6.5" meg 4.5" after finding 1/4 -3/8 error in my previous measurements

                    Lost track of weeks but now at @ 7" PBEL and 4.75 MEG

                      Great gains, and it all counts, even if it's just an eq improvement! Bigger is bigger end of story. I gained well in length but nothing at all in girth. Mostly my own fault as I think i Was jelqing incorrectly, my target is 1/2 " girth by one year after I first started PE. I was never really looking for more length but I'll definitely take it
                      Its a long term investment in your future little fellas health, even if gains in size stall, you still have the positives of morning wood and eq!

                        I think I am on the other side of the spectrum. Started at 6.25 by 5, and 40 days in I am 6.33 by 5.5 MEG (almost 5.75 at the base)! Not much in the way of length but my dick is visually larger. Also I think the girth gains show up better during all stages of arousal not just during erection. I am showing almost 5 x 5 flaccidish (ill call it flaccid with one or 2 pulls on the glans). It just looks meaty. My EQ is also much greater as well. Ive noticed if I hit a routine in the evening right before sex I am at my biggest and I am really stretching my wifes vagina and she just had a baby 2 months ago. She told me 3 days ago my dick was bigger and I have kept PE a secret. I actually was taking cialis and dont really need it anymore, but I still like a light dose for routines because I think the increased blood flow helps when used in conjunction with pe gym routines (accept for hanging of course which I have found little successs in anyway). I think the wideness is coming from kegel squeeze holds and intense over the top v jelqing almost with as much force as my grip allows. Sometimes I jelq at 75% erection (be careful with this. I have had 1 minor bruise so far). Also big tip for you guys. I started foreskin restoration before PE (which is what my wife thinks I am doing in thr bathroom). I noe have enough lose skin to dry jelq which has made jelqing at any time a breeze. Also foreskin does increase size a bit (shown by gains in my foreskin restoration group by guys who do not do PE). If you are tightly circumcised you are definitely smaller than you would be naturally. It makes tissue expansion very hard because you will also have to stretch skin which is a limiting factor. The network of blood and nerves are almost all in the skin.

                        7th Oct 2014: BPEL 6.50 MEG 5.45 Volume: 15.37 29% gain
                        9th Feb 2015: BPEL 6.9 MEG 5.75 Volume: 18.12
