  • Fast newbie gains here!

    I couldn't believe my eyes today. I know these length gains are from improved EQ, but gain is a gain!
    3 and a half weeks ago i started doing pe. I have extended 67 hours and im on day 7 of jp90 routine.

    My BPEL was 13cm/5.1" and now it's 14cm/5.5"

    Next measurement when i finish jp90 routine.

      Contrats Vanti!!

      Keep it up.
      (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
      (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
      Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
      Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

            Enjoy the early success. Gained an inch in 1000 hrs. Have another 400 now with nothin definitely not giving up. Good luck and congrats. I'm keeping the faith

              Dont give up! Im sure you will get something. Patience is the key, right?

              I'm using extender as a support for length gains. In my routine I first extend 3-5 hours and then do jp90 routine.

              Do you have a proggress log? I would like to follow your pe journey.

                    That's an interesting way round, kickinthemebs said he did manual exercises before extending to pre fatigue the tunica and Bobby R (the sizegenetics rep) also mentioned doing manual work first to cut down on the hours needed in the extender.

                    But if your getting gains it's working, let us know how your method works out, good luck!

                        Go, Bro, GO! That's so awesome. I'm so happy for you! I feel your enthusiasm in your post and it's very motivating and encouraging for me too! We've started at just about the same time, so I'll follow your progress.

                        Stretching with a device or weights kind of feels like a "final frontier" to me, so I'll be very curious to see what it does for you "right out of the gate" so to speak.

                          I have tried both ways and extending before manual just feels better. I love it because after extending my D is longer and after jelqing session it hangs so low and fat!

                          Also it's part of my relaxing after work. I work long hours and when I get home, I just put on my extender, watch tv and relax. It just feels so exhausting if I have to jump straight to jp90 after work.
