    Been doing squeezes mon, wed, and fri, (worked my way up to where i got for a minute each set)
    tunica tuesday and tunica thursday

    i haven't measured but I can feel the girth increasing and i've almost met my goal that I set in June of gaining a half inch. I'm just a tad shy.

    That's awesome. What you're doing is clearly working out quite well for you. Almost a half inch in girth is pretty hard to come by for some. Myself included. Keep at it.

      Great job Sebt!

      Even if there's no results to the measurement, the fact it feels like it's working is a good sign. Girth takes time, but keep it up and I'm sure you'll reach that goal!

        Congrats on your gains!
        (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
        (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
        Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
        Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

                  Right now my routine is as follows.

                  I did JP90 then I switches to the Jelq Free Advanced Routine

                  I use a watch to time myself.

                  2 min warmup, regular stretching in all directions.

                  Mon, Weds, Fri
                  500 Side to Side (I add 100 every week)
                  After each set of 100 Side to Side 20 kegels
                  Squeezes for 40 seconds a minute for a total of 15 minutes.

                  Tues and Thursday
                  500 Side to Side (I add 100 every week)
                  After each set of 100 Side to Side 20 kegels
                  Bundled Stretches 40 seconds a minute for a total of 10 minutes
                  Tunica Tugs 40 seconds a minute for 15 minutes

                  That's really it, nothing complicated.
                  Sometimes I'll take Friday off to give myself some time to rest.
