I've been a lurker her for quite a while, but never found the motivation to start, up until new years last year. My penis was weak, I suffered from porn ed, and my confidence was at an all time low. On top of that, London life doesn't exactly promote a healthy living (Note: pollution, cigarettes, alcohol).
I needed a change, so I started on the JP90 routine, and here are the results:
Start - current
BPEL - 5.8 - 6.5
MEG - 4.2 - 4.5
I am over the moon. I feel like I've gotten my penis back. I knew this worked as I had a brief attempt a couple of years ago, but I am rather surprised. This works.
I've just completed my decon week, and have changed up my routine a little bit. Still doing stretches and jelqs, but only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Will do clamping Mon, tues and Fri from now on. Hydeaway85 has been very helpful and slowly introduced me to clamping and he is also helping me to stay motivated.
Overall, I'm happy to have completed my first 3 months, and hope there will be many more to come
