I just want to send some words of encouragement to those who are not gaining or just started...STAY POSITIVE and FOCUSED. Half assing it won't work and being negative or not believing will hurt your growth. Read as much as you can and listen to some of the great members of the board who have great knowledge and motivation...IT IS POSSIBLE. In less than 5 months i have gained 1.18" in length and .37" in girth. It's not because of my routine, its because of all the help on this board and because I BELIEVE i can gain. YOU can gain too! Thanks to all those that have helped me on my continuous journey to 8x6!(currently 7.43x5.62)

Congrats dude! You're crushing it! The unhealthy part of me is insanely jealous of you, but in a good way We hard gainers know all too well what the negativity feels like. Those are really nice gains and nice size. You are now probably considered big. I have made good newbie gains but they have almost slowed down to a complete stop.Start 1-09-15

First off what has gotten a lot of my gains is a positive mind frame and believing I will grow. I supplement with herbs etc and drink a ton of water. Also I used to masturbate 7 days a week now I only ejaculate during sex and maybe once a week after edging. I stretch about 3 days a week and pump with bathmate about 3 days a week. Whenever I use the bathmate I do about a 20 minute edging session first to really get the blood flowing. As to whether I am now big, I still don't feel like I am but we all know the mental part of pe and how we see our size. I don't think I will see myself as big until I hit 8x6(which I'm hoping by years end).
