  • Went from 5 inches to almost 6 doing one stretch

    Hey guys. Not sure when I joined but wanted to post my experience

    I've been doing only one stretch whenever I feel like it and have free time on my bed. It's the "Between the cheeks" one. Just too lazy/don't care enough to do the other ones. I rarely check my progress for the same reasons.

    I remember when I started I measured at 4.9-5" BPEL, and now I'm very close to 6". 5.8-5.9" roughly.

    I'm gonna look for ways to increase girth now, since I'm only 4.3-4.4" at the moment. I'd like 4.7" at least.

    Are these good gains? I'm curious about people's results who have started at similar measurements.

    Hello Pirate123.

    A 1 inch length gain is a great result of any PE routine. How long have you been doing this routine? Approximately how many day per week are you doing the routine? When you do the routine, how much time are you spending on it? How old are you (just want to know if there is a possibility that you are still naturally growing, and that the PE stretches may not be the cause of your gains.)?
    (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
    (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
    Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
    Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

      That's impressive... you said you're lazy and you gained 1 inch! Very nice! Is this "between the cheeks" stretch the same as "bed fowfers"?
      Start BPEL - 7.5" / EG - 6.0"

      Goal BPEL - 8.7" / EG - 6.5"

        I've been doing this for months now, everyday, just out of habit whenever I'm on the bed (such as watching a show). Maybe some days a few minutes, others several hours. I don't even think about it.

        I haven't tried the bed fowfers one, but I think stretching in general is very effective because it lengthens the penis.

        And it turns out I have 4.5" girth at my base, so maybe I can get 5"? Originally I measured the middle of the penis and it was about 4.3-4.4.

          which is the "between the cheeks" one?, never heard of something similar to that

            its pretty simple you just bend your flaccid dick down towards your balls/ass cheeks so its essentially upside down and sit on it to hold it in place lol it can be uncomfortable as it can sometimes squash your balls so just move it around until its more comfy. Its not a big stretch so it can be done for a long time. Just shake it out every 20m or so to get blood flowing again.

              BTC (between the cheeks) & LAS (lazy ass stretch) is the same exercise.Penis is pulled straight back to your asshole, balls are seperated to either side of penis in the scrotum. Gives a nice stretch to both penis and scrotum (width especially). If held for a long time, your glans will have some creasing. Just do "firestarter" rolls & helicopters to get blood flowing again, and they will disappear in a while.

              Bed fowfers is a slight variation, where the penis is pulled backwards to the left or right with ball sac opposite your dick, then clamped between your quads to hold in place (best while sleeping on your side). Fowfers can also be bundled, for additional stretch deformity of the tunica.

                Wait, so doing that ONE stretch helped with EL, not just FL? This sounds too good to be true...

                  I am interested. I would like to add at least one inch to my BPEL and am doing stretching (among other things....see my progress log for details...forewarned is forearmed: I am a bit long-winded).

                  I just recently started doing this with focus and motivation so do not have any success to add here but am very impressed with your gains and am happy for you. I am grateful for the motivational threads and glad that others are having such awesome and amazing success from this "work"! I say "work"......how is this work? :-) Of course it is work. It is danged hard word (no pun intended). And it takes motivation, inspiration and consistency for this to be successful.

                  So, keep up the dedicated work.
                  Start: August, 2017
                  Start: 5.50inches BPEL x 5.125inches MEG
                  Goal: 7.0inches BPEL x 6.0inches MEG

                    Quick update.


                    I'm doing this exercise less now (less free time). I haven't tried jelqing very much. I've started nofap (reddit) and my goal is 30 days. Current on day 2 (almost day 3, which is actually a PR for me). I used to PMO several times a day. (3+ easily, sometimes even 5+)


                    I also am looking to drop my body fat percentage so that I look better / and penis looks bigger since the fat pad should decrease. Nothing solid started here yet.


                    I read an article about how someone got the world's first penis reduction, and apparently his penis was so large due to a condition that caused an erection to last for many hours. Perhaps there's some correlation for regular people too between erection time and growth. Interestingly enough, this past year (not recently however) I also spent a lot of time with porn - way too excessive really - but that caused me to have more erections and longer erections (and also developed some unwanted fetishes as a result - I'm trying to get rid of these with nofap). So there might be some correlation there.


                    There have been studies done to show people can develop their muscles without actual exercise - but with visualization of the exercise. As well, it has also been shown that simply being aware that you are exercising leads to stronger results. I'm sure this can apply to what we do as well.

                    Aside from that, I think there is a high chance of me getting to at least 30 days in nofap this time since I promised to myself that if I do fap within 30 days, I'd have to give away $100. I believe there's a high chance I'll start jelqing daily and begin working on my body fat %, which could possibly reduce my fat pad.

                    I hope you make enough gains to make you happy. I also recently started taking multivitamins too, actually. A pornstar mentioned zinc and magnesium can help with fuller erections.

                    My penis used to be smaller than my phone or maybe slightly larger (?) if I pushed it in really hard. That phone was the Galaxy S2 - about 4.8-4.9in. With the gains I made, I'm almost as large as my new 6" phone. Perhaps some things I did (such as more time spent being erect, and time spent holding the stretch helped). Also, I think stretching is just extremely effective because it makes so much sense. It's physically increasing the penis length as you do it, whereas jelqing seems less intuitive to me.
