Probably towards the start, I'd say that a lot of the initial gains were erection quality related. My initial measurements month by month show a (0.5 inch) increase in the first 6 months.

I've gained about another 0.5" in the past 2 years after that.

I'll try to develop a more consistent routine and will be setting a new goal to 7.5" BPEL, 8" stretched and 5.6" EG.
