    Hi all, I started about 9 months ago doing the JP90 routine and honestly for 3 or so months I made absolutely no gains at all, absolutely nothing. I lost a bit of faith so I stopped doing it as religiously as before.

    1 month ago I started clamping seriously and I went from 4.9 unclamped to 5.2 clamped which disappeared the moment I unclamped which sucked but I liked the feeling of clamping.

    Fast forward 2 or so months, I had stopped measuring. Decided to start PE again. Did girth work mainly, SSJ, O bends etc and some strong btc manual stretches. A week in and I decide to measure. And almost unbelievably, I've gone from about 6.3 to just short of 7 inches. I am not sure if this is permanent or I'm measuring it wrong or something but it's pretty damn unbelievable.

    It doesn't look any longer but it feels heftier from girth work. I am on top of the world and looking forward to going for 8 x 6.

      Grats!

      Did Clamping give any girth gains? Or gains at all? Or was it all the manual work?
      Start: 6.5" BPEL/4.8" MSEG
      30 Aug 2012: 6.7" BPEL/4.9" MSEG
      20 Nov 2012: 7.0" BPEL/4.84" MSEG
      30 Jan 2013: 7.3" BPEL/4.84" MSEG

      09 Nov 2014: 7.1" BPEL/4.9" MSEG (1.5 years+ no PE, girth from recent pumping)

        I think this growth was caused by a bit of tgc theory in play. My bpfsl went up first to above 0.5 inches above bpel so I suspect clamping and girth work actually caused the length gain...does that make sense?

          Yes it does. I also observed that pattern.
          I regard the TGC theory to be true.

                      Sorry been away for a whole but still doing sporadic pe whenever I can. I am glad to report I am now relaxing 7.2 inches at 10/10 eq. I'm almost at 5.4 girth but that goes up and down from time to time. The less is more theory has worked well for me with most growth happening only during rest periods. When I do pe however, I focus on it and really stretch the hell out of it.

                      I think one other thing that has helped is jelqing. I didn't really do too much of it to start with but I heard dry jelqs were good for girth so I gave it ago and was quite surprised with the results.
