  • 7 months results

I forgot to post my results after 6 months, so here we are

My routine was mainly stretching while watching youtube before going to bed.
I tried to include jelqing as much as possible. My jelq technique is a bit different, because I'm uncircumcised. I squeeze the blood upwards like a normal jelq, but my hands don't move.

The last couple of months I tried to hang with a lock as well. There is a good thread somewhere that explains everything, but I don't find it.
I also rediscovered kegels, which should really be in everyones workout. That's the best way to get a better EQ.

In September I didn't exercised enough, so I would see that month as a break.

    My results:
    initial: (june 2015)
    nbpel: 14.5 cm (5.7 in)
    bpel: 15.5 cm (6.1 in)
    eg : 13 cm (5.1 in)

    After 2 months:
    nbpel: 16 cm (6.3 in)
    bpel : 17 cm (6.7 in)

    current (after 7 months):
    nbpel: 16.5 cm (6.5 in)
    bpel: 17.8 cm (7 in)
    eg: 13.5 cm (5.3 in)

I'm very pleased with the results. My goal is to reach nbpel of 7 inches. I know that the gains might slow down a bit. But half an inch might still be possible.

PE really does work. Thanks to everyone on this forum.
    initial (06/2015):
    nbpel: 5.7 in
    bpel: 6.1 in
    eg: 5.3 in
    current (01/2016):
    nbpel: 6.5 in
    bpel: 7 in
    eg: 5.3 in
    short term goal:
    nbpel: 6.7 in

Thanks, I hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds in 5 directions. Left, right, straight out, upwards and downwards. I focused more on stretching to the right to fix my bend.
The whole workout took me 20-40 minutes (with jelqs if I do them). It depends if I wanted to do a lot or not. I never counted sets.

By doing something else while PE-ing, it stayed fun and effortless. But because of that I can't answer your question precisely.

What do you mean that your hands don't move?

Normally they advice uncircumsized guys to use a lot of lube and to lose grip while going down to retract the forskin. I think the continuous bloodpressure is what makes jelqing such a popular exercise.

So I put one hand a the base, okgrip.
The other just one the shaft.
I squeeze my lowest hand, and then the finger right above it. Then the next finger and the next until I'm at the top.
By this time, the fingers at the base of my penis aren't squeezing anymore.
Before I let go of my grip at the top, I start squeezing at the bottom again.

So basically it has the same principles as jelqing, just doable for me.

Let me know what you guys think of it.

you got 0.6" in 2 months...

                then 0.3" in 5 months...

so basically you got half the result in double the time.

Next up: 0.15" in 10 months

So you're saying I should intensify my workout?

Not necessarily. This is normal for gains to slow. He think he was just pointing that out.
