I wanted a no Jelq routine initially so all I did were squeezes and side to side stretches for the first four months or so with great results. I then started adding some jelqs as well which have helped also.
I do my PE consistently 5 days a week and never had an injury. Started at bpel of 6.5" and am now 8.0!!
Listen to your body and encourage your penis to grow, don't force it to.
