  • 1.5" in 9 months!!!

    I wanted a no Jelq routine initially so all I did were squeezes and side to side stretches for the first four months or so with great results. I then started adding some jelqs as well which have helped also.

    I do my PE consistently 5 days a week and never had an injury. Started at bpel of 6.5" and am now 8.0!!

    Listen to your body and encourage your penis to grow, don't force it to.

    BPEL: 6.5....7.0...7.6..8.0
    NBPEL: 6.0..6.5...6.8..7.0
    MEG: 5.5....5.75..6.1...6.2

        Next goal is 7.5 nbpel or 8.5" bpel which is another 0.5" gain. Starting to lose what little fat I have so it should help too.
        Start 4/15...6/15...9/15...1/16

        BPEL: 6.5....7.0...7.6..8.0
        NBPEL: 6.0..6.5...6.8..7.0
        MEG: 5.5....5.75..6.1...6.2
        BPFSL: 6.75...7.3...7.8..8.2

          Congratulations on your extraordinary gains. I am sure you worked hard for it but you lucked out in the Gene pool.

                  Yeah the pics to prove it crowd clearly isn't willing to read the plethora of people's progress threads that go for yrs. I wouldn't keep the progress thread going if i gained nothing in a year.

                    I see you also gained almost a half inch in girth. What types of squeezes were you doing? Congrats by the way. I just want to be 6.5 nbpel. I think I'm around 5.6-5.7 now but I also have 35-40 lbs I want to lose so maybe only a 0.6-0.7 true gain is needed. Girth is where I really want to grow. I have never been too consistent with PE but have gone from 4.2-4.4 in girth. My ultimate goal is about 5.5-6.0 in girth. Going to have to dedicate to it and be consistent for years.
                    Jan 1 2016: 6.6" BPEL 4.4" MSEG

                    Current: 6.6" BPEL 4.5" MSEG

                    Goal for Jan 1 2017: 7" BPEL 5.1" MSEG

                    Goal for Jan 1 2018: 7.3" BPEL 5.3" MSEG

                    Ultimate Goal: 7.5" BPEL 5.5" MSEG

                      I just did normal squeezes that big al described in his no Jelq routine. One hand at the base and the other just below the glans. Both with an "ok" grip. I initially did 20 squeezes for five seconds each, progressed with intensity then increased up to 40-50 squeezes and finally went to 10 seconds for each squeeze. All this done over the course of about six months to get properly conditioned as I went. Ulis and supraslammers are great for girth also and I did both occasionally at the end of a workout. Eventually I plan to start clamping like Hydeaway85 for girth although I'm pretty happy with girth as it is since it is hard to reach around now.
