    It would be cool if some people would say how much they gain post pump and how much is from edema etc.

    Hi,

    A few things to boost testosterone in case you were wondering.

    1) Creatine-Monohydrate
    * Studies suggest to take it even if you don't work out.
    * Do a loading phase for your first week at 10,000mg then back down to the prescribed dosage of 2,500mg.

    2) Eat a few very soft boiled eggs in the AM.
    * I like em runny and that preserves its nutrients.

    3) Eat avocados.
    * Add some pepper and a just a touch of pink Himalayan sea salt.

    There are others but I personally find these effective. Also if you drink, I do, cut it down a bit to 1 glass of wine or a cocktail.

    You might be right and wrong, or I might be right and wrong but it's easy to say that when you already that big, well. Some hot chics think their boyfriends love them for who they really are 😋 & already rich guys will say money is not everything sitted in their private jet. Lol, but it sure is better to be on that side of the fence 😂

    I hope your are over your body dysmorphia. I'm sorry my pics caused you any concern. My size is nowhere near normal and from my experience some women don't like ones my size at all.

    I do wish I didn't have to be so gentle at times. And it is really annoying when it doesn't fit at times. When it does though, it's amazing, and I absolutely love how it looks going in and how gaped they are afterwards.
