  • Started back Jp90 6 weeks ago, finally had success

    I been on and off with PE for years now, always end up losing my gains. But this time I did Jp90 3 days on and 1 day off, for three weeks and besides an increase in Eq, wasn't seeing any gains. But today being only my second week doing jp90 for 5 days on, 2 days off, I already gained a quarter inch in gains I'm so happy as I was wondering why I wasn't gaining like I used to, I'm finally gaining once again. Three days for me isn't enough to make my penis grow is what I've noticed

    Couldn't it be that only 3 weeks isn't long enough to see substantial gains?

      3 on 1 off is actually more work then 5 and 2. Either way, just do what works.
      Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

      Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

      Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

        If it's working then stick with it. Just be careful you don't overwork it, keep an eye on your PI's.

        And congrats on your gains!

          I'm used to seeing really fast gains when I do Jp90, it wasn't happening so I went to 5 days and Bam, quarter inch

          Yeah I rationalized the same thing, hence why I tried three for the first time ever, but I think 5 days on works better for me because it definitely looking more fuller compared to when I was doing 3. Everyone is different
