I gained 1/4" circumference in girth a few months ago but I wasn't sure what did it. I was clamping a lot including some lights jelqs while clamped, compressors, and I also did this bathtub thing some. Not all that on the same day of course.
I had thought the gain was from the clamping but it may have been this bathtub thing. I stopped doing this and started clamping and jelqing only, and gains are stuck again. I am back to this bathtub now and I think it expands it the most and may have caused the previous gain. I have also added these hair stretch things my wife wears as kind of a cockring while doing it and it makes it expand even more when on the bathtub. I take one and double it up to make it tight and it's about 70% erect. I am going to do these exclusively for a while to see if I can get girth gains back again.

This sounds like you are doing a fowfer - also called a BTC (between the cheeks) or LAS (lazy ass stretch) - a standard exercise where you pull your dick back between your butt cheeks either between or alongside your balls, and then sit on your dick. The difference in reading through this thread seems to be the jelqing type effect occurring primarily at the penis base from moving back and forth on the bathtub or toilet seat. I have noticed it is temporarily longer flaccid afterwards so I am may be getting more of a stretch and less of a girth exercise out of it which I do not want. I need girth.

Might try this for girth, since I think I lack a lot on that department, however, I see a lack of success reports from users. And I'd really love to know if the results are permanent.

I have read every post in this thread and there is no evidence of anyone making permanent gains.
I know it is frowned upon o challenge gIns in the PE community so I will just say trust your gut on this one.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Read through this for the first time and here's my take, it all boils down to effectively putting pressure on your penile tissue. IMO, this seems like quite an operation to achieve a good 'pump' but I guess if it works no big deal.
The mechanics at the end of the day are no different than jelqing, ulis or squeezes: put fluid into the penis and apply pressure to cause micro tears in the muscle tissue.
And I always take 'incredible gains' over a short period with a grain of salt often attributing EQ to significant fluctuations in measurement. I can EQ BPEL gains of .75" myself depending on how horny I am.Start: 01/2020 - BPEL - 6 1/2" EG - 5 7/8"
