    Hello!

    I just finished my week off, after i got no lenght gains. I lost a bit of girth (been doing 3days/week girth) but surprisingly my lenght increased!

    Today i measured it twice at 8.38"! I will measure again at the evening, and post a picture in my album.

    From now on, ill take a week off every month of PE

    Nice job! Reminds me of how when I use to be in weightlifting, I would take the week off to recover. Looks like muscle recovery is the same all around, huh?

        Yup, Im taking two weeks off. 1 week down, 1 to go. Trying to spur new growth.
        Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

        Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

        Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

          And here is a picture to prove it. Maybe i could get a longer measurement if someone else would take a photo, because taking a photo (and focusing), holding a ruler+penis and keeping an errection is not an easy task

            Note that i have seen no changes in lenght before rest. After one week off, the gains showed up
