When I started I was at a length of about 6" with a girth of about 5", now I'm 9.25" in length and a base girth of over 6 3/8" with a mid girth of 5 15/16"
I achieved most of those gains through just jelqing and tucking between the legs. Explosive growth is possible but I wouldn't recommend it.
The picture in my album is when I was about 8.5" and a girth of 5 5/8"
I'm starting clamping now, haven't seen much in the way of results. I suppose it takes time or maybe I'm not doing it right.
