I now looked at the other site you requested..it says TIME UNDER TENSION equals PENIS CREEP equals PENIS ENLARGEMENT...also it's not a muscle, therefore, it's not like building your biceps working out...THANKS AGAIN !!!!

What works for one may not work for another. I, and many others, have made some very significant permanent gains without the use of an extender.

Obvious you didn't read it correctly. The article clearly says that the penis is not like a muscle.
This thread is asking how long did it take you to gain your first 1/2 inch in length. You have hijacked it to promote the Penis Master and their theory of how gains are made. To share +1" length +1/2" girth and have never hung, never used an ADS and never put any tension other than some manual exercises.

I have used an extender for close to eight years and used a sock hanger for three months. I attribute 1/2” gain to the extender and 1/4” to the hanger
