Hmmmm.... I've never been a squirter, so I don't know how to answer this one. I've also never felt the "need to pee" sensation you describe. Sorry I can't help more.
Personally, I think that some women are born squirters and others just aren't. As far as I know, most women can't squirt. But I do remember Baybabe mentioned a DVD set or something that purported to have methods for teaching a woman to squirt, so maybe that is possible.
Anyway, I guess that in you girl's case, she might have control over it and choose to do it or not.... is that the impression you get? Or does she say that she just cannot do it anymore? I suppose that squirting might have something to do with the level of arousal, maybe she has to get REALLY aroused and cum hard to squirt? So I've done some research and I did practice that with my girl (who didn't use to squirt) and I do think, contrary to Batwoman, that most girls can squirt - since it's a bodily reaction triggered by stimulating a certain "point or area" that (almost) every woman has - I do believe the path to squirting might be very different and individual though.
From my experience deep penetration has nothing to do with squirting, on the contrary deep penetration yields another type of orgasm (I think it's an A-spot orgasm, but can't remember for sure). Very shallow and slow penetration in combination with stimulating the "top wall" (almost as if you wanna go in with a 45 degree penetration) of the vagina with my penis head almost always does it.Very important to get all the way out and just go in with the head plus a little less than an inch. Now she can squirt when on top with me all the way in as well. We did start out with exploring this orgasm with fingers though.
My girl says it does come with that "peeing feeling" and describes it with words that remind me more of how I would describe a male ejaculation, very different to how she describes her other orgasms - like some kind of release (which it obviously is). To some degree she is in control of her squirt orgasms now and it's the one she gets more easy than others (and the least intense when it comes to the "body-mind-as-one" overwhelming feeling).
