I think most women probably prefer thrusting type movement to stop but not all movement. It completely varies by woman. Some women get extremely sensitive when orgasming (or even just in general) and probably don't want much if any stimulation. On top of that, not orgasms are created equally. Some women are skilled at stringing along orgasms instead of just going for one huge one that leaves them exhausted, so they'd probably appreciate more stimulation for their multis.

Orgasm vary from women to women..but can also be a fickle thing within one woman, sometimes they might want you to continue stimulation other times they might need you to stop.. You need to communicate with the girl in question and also learn her body language...Hormones can also come into play for what they like at different points of time in their cycle.
