    I’ve been doing “warp” for about two weeks now. And, here’s what I’ve noticed so far:
    1. It increases the flacid length (haven’t noticed much difference while erect compared with flacid)
    2. Initially it felt slightly odd, but get used to it pretty quick
    3. I built up my stamina (as someone above might of mentioned), so far I haven’t gone past 30 minutes and I’m very vigilant about it the time and sensitivity.
    4. It makes the head swell nicely (might vary person to person).

    **5. After wrapping or the days I don’t have time to wrap, I use Castor oil to keep it from turtling.
    – It works wonderfully and it keeps away stretch marks and hydrates it. I don’t know what is it about Castor oil, but it works as a stand alone factor when it comes to keeping the penis from turtling.

    Can I incorporate this into my pe routine? I am at the end of my 1st week into the jp90. I was planning to wrap immediately after warm down and leave it on during rest days. I do a 1 day on 1 day off routine using jp90. During the rest day, I will do various kegel exercises .

    i leave it on for 45mins just like after a girth work out with the rings or hair ties whatever floats your boat,but i believe 45 mins is perfect for the fact that just like with girth work outs you can cause damage after 45mins of cutting off the blood because the blood is not circulating and you can actually kill cell’s in the penis but there is more damage that can be done also.Sports bandages can be purchased at a walmart or sports authority

    One moment i read, too much work = damage. Then next moment i read, elongate the penis for as long as possible…. seriously this site, as much as i respect, needs some serious fine tuning.

    I’ve been excercising off and on for about two years now. I’ve always meant to do traction wrapping but never did. I started up my excersise routine again last Monday then again Thursday and wrapped both times and guess what? NO turtling!!! Woohoo!

    i will admit that the traction wrapping was vary hard for me to decide if was gonna do this for the next couple of years . my penis is about 6-1/2″ so there was no problem with application but i just didn’t like it .. i did this for a 3 days once in the past and it worked great with keeping my penis from retracting and had a light pulling motion which left my penis feeling longer flaccid but wasn’t interested in giving this exercise time for results

    in my experience with this traction wrap, i will first tell you that when i began to wrap my penis right after a work out.. ofcourse right after a cool down with a cold towel. i then did the traction wrap as directed.. in the begining i just put it on for 1 hour for the first week. after the first week i added another hour. so then i stayed with 2 hours of traction wrapping for 2 weeks and it felt good and seemed to work very very well. after the first month i added an extra hour. so 3 hours of traction wrapping after every full work out! (Just to be on the Safe side)

    this type of frequencey worked very well for me. hopefully u follow the same steps as i have done. and im sure 100% will work for you.

    Very informative post. Traction wrapping is great. I do it all the time to prevent turtling. My flaccid has grown too 😀
