Penis Extenders ARE Medically Proven to Work

penis extenderPenis enlargement is one of those topics in society where a lot of people think it’s a myth. They envision modern day snake oil salesmen peddling “miracle cures” via spam e-mail. Sadly, there are con men out there who are more concerned with making a buck than actually helping men. Thankfully though, there are honest-to-goodness ways to enlarge your penis (and honest sites, like PEGym). And, guess what?

They are medically proven!

I’m talking about real, medical studies, published in scholarly journals.

Penis Extenders for Penis Enlargement

Penis extenders are one of the most frequently studied penis enlargement devices. They are commonly used by surgeons after penis enlargement surgery. However, in addition to this post-surgery use, they’ve also been found to be an effective means of penis enlargement on their own. Here at PEGym, we’ve had the following extenders used by staff and members, with positive results:

Here are two medical studies that confirmed what we already knew. 🙂

Nikoobakht, M., Shahnazari, A., Rezaeidanesh, M., Mehrsai, A., & Pourmand, G. (2010). Effect of Penile-Extender Device in Increasing Penile Size in Men with Shortened Penis: Preliminary Results. The Journal of Sexual Medicine, 3188-3192.

The goal of this study was to determine the effectiveness of penis extenders on lengthening penises. Twenty-three men who reported concerns over penis size were studied over a three-month period.  Participants wore the extender for 4 to 6 hours per day, for the first 2 weeks, and then 9 hours per day for the rest of the study period. The following results were found:

  • Mean flaccid penile length increased 1.7 cm by the third month.
  • Mean stretched penile length also increased 1.7 by the third month.
  • The circumference of the glans was also found increased by .5 cm by the third month.

A pilot phase-II prospective study to test the ‘efficacy’ and tolerability of a penile-extender device in the treatment of ‘short penis’. BJU International, 2009; 103: 793-797 DOI: 10.1111/j.1464-

Twenty-one participants were involved in this study on the efficacy of penis extenders. This was a 12-month study. Participants were instructed to increase the traction from 600g in month one to up to 1200g in month six. The findings were as follows:

  • Average flaccid penis length increased 2.3 cm by month 12.
  • Erectile function scores improved by up to 36%.
  • 1 study participant left the study at month 3, because he reached his penile length goal.
