Hi guys, I have been following the JP90 for about 2weeks now and im getting a lot better at my jelqing and I have had some rock hard erections on my rest days. The problem is that today after jelqing I had 3 red spots similliar to one I had last week but smaller. They dont hurt and go away after about a day but I would prefer not to have them, so my question is, what strength should I grip with as I jelq? And do these spots mean i wont earn any gains? (I dont experience trutleing or pain)

Basically, your grip should be very gentle, and you should only be using as much force as you need to complete the motion, which won't be much. Increasing the grip strength of your jelq should be a last resort, if even a resort at all. It's much safer and more practical to just increase the actual length (# of seconds) of jelqs, or just do more intense exercises like compression squeezes.
I injured a nerve jelqing hard, don't do it. At best, you bruise, at worst you get injured nerves or broken blood vessels. My WorkARTICLES:

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft .Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

I am a huge proponent of very firm grip pressure, but others do not agree. However, in your particular situation, either you are doing too many jelqs, are in fact gripping too tightly, not resting enough between sessions, or a combination of these. As for the egg equation and similar analogies, I don't get into them. If you think you want to use a firm stroke, first find out why you burst those small veins. Completely rest until they are gone, then start off light and slowly work your way up.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

Wrap your thumb and forefinger around the base gently. Take mental note, by feel, of where your finger touches your thumb. Now move your finger about a half inch toward your palm. If you can't feel or see the blood being pushed up into your glans, move it in a little more until you can. Memorize that spot by feel, and you're good to go
