  • JP90 gave me no gain?

    I've done JP90 routine for about 3.5 months or so, and I still don't see recognizable EL/EG/FL/FG gain.
    More veins, maybe harder erection and somewhat farther ejaculation are what I see though.
    Do you guys think it's time I changed the routine? Or should I stick with JP90?
    I really want EL/EG/FL/FG gain - especially flaccid gain. I don't care about other stuffs..

    And by the way I've never done regular edging or kegels, should I try these as well?

    You're having positive PI's, so I recommend either switching to a different routine or increasing intensity; out of those I'd recommend switching routines.

    EDIT: yeah, you can try edging after your PE routine, just try not to ejaculate after (it's never actually been shown that ejaculating immediately after PE'ing is bad, but I believe it is and have a few theories about that, for which I will post a thread about when I have more time).

    You could also start a kegel/reverse kegel routine; those are just generally good for you.

      Thanks for your advice!
      I'll definitely try edging and kegels.
      Maybe I'll add uli or clamping things, do you think I'm conditioned enough?

      And this may seem like a weird question, but does ethnicity affect the speed of gain? I'm Asian, and I think I read an article somewhere related to this..

        Human physiology is pretty much standard across all races.
        Being Asian has nothing to do with how you will or will not gain.

          I have never heard anything about ethnicity affecting speed of gains, nor can I think of any reason why it would.

          I'd start with uli's first to prepare for clamping. You're probably conditioned enough after 3.5 months of jp90, but start it slow. I'd recommend reading some progress threads for more ideas for creating a new routine. One I read in its entirety is millia's (https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...ss-w-pics.html), as he describes what he does quite well.           You can also pick the progress logs of any of the vets or other people with good gains who created their own routine after JP90; those are just two examples.

          Also, you can try the LAS; it's supposed to be very good for flaccid gains, and possibly for erect gains as well, although rbi99 thinks not.
