I know there's some members outside the U.S. and I'm curious how sex differs in different countries.
I'm an American who left the U.S. to travel different countries and experiencing how sexuality differs has been enlightening.
In Latin American countries, for example, sexuality is viewed differently than in the U.S. Being a mother or father is actually a sign of virility and sexual attractiveness. In the U.S. it's different. Except for the rare "MILF" or "DILF," being a parent isn't sexy. You've got things like "Mom jeans." In Latin American countries being called mami, papi, mamacita, papacito, etc are all sexualized terms. It's what you want to be called. And not having children is a negative sign. Before, when I didn't have a child, women would ask me "how many kids do you have?" and I would tell them "none." They would look at me like something was wrong. One girl asked me if I was gay. Basically, they were thinking something was wrong with me because I hadn't fathered any children.
People dress sexy here. In the U.S. many people here would look scandalous and some considered pornographic. It's just part of the culture and body shape or size doesn't matter - people dress sexy no matter their body.
Sex is more available and there's less social stigmas especially around women who are sexually active.
On the flipside people here seem more likely to stray and are more suspicious and insecure at times with their partners.
What are your thoughts?
