Hi, I am a 21yo guy from Italy and recently I've become interested with the PE. This is the best site on this specific thing so here I am. My main goal is to improve my overall penile health and why not, grow bigger . I am doing this for my future me since I want to have a "good penis" even when I will be in my 40s. I tend to be a person who ask 10000 questions just to be sure to get things right ... I hate doing things without knowing everything. I hope to don't annoy anyone with this particular thing ^^'. Hopefully I will achieve my goal with this beautiful community of yours

Hello!!
Asking questions is how we learn 😊 No question is irrelevant.Women were created from the rib of man to be beside him, not from his head to top him, nor from his feet to be trampled by him, but from under his arm to be protected by him, near to his heart to be loved by him.

Welcome to the gym!
A good place for you to get started, as Mitter pointed out, is to do plenty of reading in the in the START HERE! link at the top left of the page. In there you will find all of the essential information, as well as some beginner routines, that you will need to get started off safely and effectively. The JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) is a great beginner routine that many choose to start off with. Don't worry about asking a lot of questions, we are here to help.
Good luck.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Hello and welcome, you've come to the right place.
Aside from the link Mitter and Cavalier gave you, consider a beginner routine such as JP90. It will condition your penis to take on more advanced forms of training and give your EQ the raise it needs.
Don't kegel while doing the stretches despite what it says. I also suggest you make sure your pelvic floor is good i.e. no involuntary kegels/overractivty. When doing kegels, make sure to read about reverse kegels as they are just as important and mandatory. More info about the pelvic floor can be found in my signature.
Good luck and happy gains.HansTwilightLast edited by HansTwilight; 02-01-2017, 03:26 PM.My WorkARTICLES:

To be fair I've been doing the JP90 since Monday. From what I've understood it's the best routine a beginner can do (I've been reading this forum from Sunday).
@BigBob223 Well you have mentioned "kegels" ... Do I have to do those throughout the day, right?
For example 50 "normal kegels" and 50 "reverse kegels"?

Take care to work up/build up over time. You want to avoid doing too much at the start.
Don't be in a hurry or you may hamper your progress.

Your 50 k 50 rk is the correct concept, but you need to go about it differently.
A lot of sites tell people to kegel, but they don't tell people how to actually do them correctly.
Kegels need to be done erect, and start off with 5 erect kegels with 5 sec holds, then do your 5 reverse kegls.
Add 1 kegel per session until you get to 50, then start over but do towel raises instead. You may also consider longer holds (10 secs). The rule of thumb here is this-less is more.
This concept ensures you don't get a pelvic floor dysfunction.
