    Hi Everyone, I'm new here as the title suggests, this isn't my first time visiting this site, but anytime i get here, i get overwhelmed, because I don't know shit, I don't understand most of what goes on, not even the terminologies used on these forums, I'm desperate so i'll admit, I need all the help I can get, as a broke college kid trying to get a couple of inches
    Currently my BPEL is 5.8 and my EG is 6
    My goal- BPEL: 7.5-8 EG: 6-6.5
    I don't know, I'm pretty much okay with my girth, but I really want those length gains, so I just want to know a rough estimate of how long it would take to reach my goal, and what you recommend I do to get there
    I'd really appreciate any help i could get, Thank you.

    Hey Lolihatemylife!

    Welcome to the Gym

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

    Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      Welcome to the forum!

      The above advice should be followed. You'll also need to approach your training with a clear mindset and with the expectation of patience for making gains.

        Welcome to the forums!

        You will have to be really dedicated and take this serious to reach you goals. You can for sure add 1"-1.5" and even 2" is obtainable but it will most likely take 2 or more years. In my signature are some really good routines that you can apply. I would also caution against adding girth if you measured correctly. You can really limit your options with the ladies the thicker you are.

        So start a progress log, stay active and get to it! Best of luck.

          Ah, I see, thank you, but i'm a bit skeptical cos I heard jelqing gives a lot of girth and I feel there's really no need to get bigger there, maybe just a little wont be bad but still
          will go through with what you said

            If you do jelq just do it lightly. You don't have to jelq at all though, you can just do stretches.

              Hopefully you don't hate your life. 6" girth is monstrous. Like top 1% of penile girth, so congratulations! Now start stretching or make yourself a sock hanger or captains wench and start hanging and stretching. You'll get that 2 inches in a couple years.

                Jelq with a lower degree of erection and less lube and the emphasis will be transferred towards lengthening.
