fibrosis on top corpora cavernosa?

Can fibrosis corpora cavernosa create a hard vein like (but wider and flatter) line that runs from the base to the shaft on the glands of the penis?
Please answer if you have ideas thanks

I think what you are describing is the septum or the part between septum and deep fascia.
