Please help, what this this? Why is it causing shrinkage??

Please see the photo I uploaded. It does not hurt, but has caused shrinkage and has been there for 6 months. What is this? Scar tissue, dead vein, lymph blockage?? Will it heal ever?

Oh man don't think that. I sweat that is a great penis. Way bigger than my flaccid also. Just google doctors in your area, and call and ask them if they work with penis injuries. That does not look like an injury to me. That looks huge compared to my flaccid.

Honestly all I can tell from the picture is that looks like a great penis, and it looks way bigger than mine when flaccid. If a doctor says he can't help you then I am afraid I can't either. I doubt you will get a better diagnoses from any of us. Maybe sign up for the Penis Doctor and have them take a look. They might also be able to help you develop a routine if you would like. For me though I think you have a great looking penis.

Yes I see lines like that in my penis and in others also. Like I said it looks like a great penis to me. I wish I could get your hang. I know you said that is semi erect, but damn it looks better than mine. I am not gay but I like looking at nice penis' and you have a nice looking penis. I gave you all the advice I could through pm.
Leave your worries to a qualified doc.
Over anxiety and tensed pelvic floor (consequence of anxiety) may cause turtling.

Definitely, see a doc about the concerns but I can also definitely tell you that if it wasn't there prior to PE then, my friend, you did something to it not being safe.
