  • Bo0st is Back, but struggling with Girth ...

    So I guess I'm back after a few months off. I've done a routine every now and then, but nothing concrete as I've been busy

    I did want to reach out for some help. Even when I was doing a routine I never gained any girth, I am stuck at 5.5. Any recommendations as to what to do?

      Impressive stats BoOst! I expect the knowledgeable vets would recommend starting back slow to get reconditioned, then target the areas you want to make gains in. You may find that you will gain after the break with a beginner routine like JP's 90 day.

        Thanks for the reply. The thing is, I never gained girth even by following JPs 90 day.

          You will find that properly performed UJ's ( https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...e-jelq-uj.html ) will increase the size of your CS substantially. The nice thing about a large CS is that it is very visible. Enlarging your CC's won't be visible like your CS is, but obviously enlarging your CC's will make the overall package bigger and badder. I have been doing Uli's, squeezes and compressions for my entire unit, but it seems for me that my CC's (like my length) are more difficult to enlarge then my CS. Your CS is not surrounded with as much tunica, which is why I have been able to work mine more effectively I believe.

            Thats strange you didnt gain any girth in over an inch of length

                  Replace your regular jelqs with perhaps a 25% reduction in number of UJ's. I assume you are also doing v's, keep them the same as before. If your unit is up to it, increase the number of UJ's as you see fit. While I have worked pretty hard trying to perfect v strokes, I am not sold on their effectiveness. I believe that once your unit is ready for them, squeezes, uli's and compressions are more effective. I don't clamp, pump or hang, so I can't attest to their effectiveness.

                    Ok so I just changed my entire routine to:

                    1. Twist and stretch
                    2. UJ
                    3. BigAl Squeezes

                    These are the three exercises I've been reading about. Of course, I will incorporate edging and kegels.

                          Hey boost, you mind tellin us your length routine? How did you get over a half an inch? do you have a high lot or low lot? 6, 9 or 12?

                              This is probably one of the most effective exercises. It is basically doing a squeeze while forcing the blood up your shaft. Move up half and inch from the base each time you squeeze (with opp hand) near your glads. Hold squeeze for approx 10 seconds.
